Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for an AI Solution Architect based in Taipei, Taiwan with flexibility for some remote work. The AI Solution Architect will be responsible for designing and implementing AI-driven solutions, consulting with clients to identify and address technical needs, integrating new technologies into existing systems, and optimizing business processes through AI solutions. Collaboration with cross-functional teams will be essential to deliver innovative and scalable solutions.

Qualifications

  • Consulting-Led Solution Design : Lead technical workshops with clients (C-level/IT Managers) to define "AI Readiness." Translate business requirements into technical specifications for Private LLM and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions.

  • Hybrid & On-Premise Architecture
  • Architect secure AI deployments ensuring data sovereignty. Focus on on-premise (NVIDIA-powered) and Private Cloud setups for banking and manufacturing clients using IvyHub platforms.
  • Design AI deployment architectures with data sovereignty. Focusing on planning on-premise, NVIDIA-powered and private cloud architectures based on the IvyHub platform for banking and manufacturing clients, ensuring cybersecurity and compliance.
  • Bridge: Taiwan Frontline & Vietnam Delivery
  • Act as the technical liaison. You define the architecture and specifications in Taiwan, then coordinate with the 200+ AI engineers in Vietnam for mass execution. Ensure quality control and localization of the final delivery.
  • Serves as the technical liaison. You are responsible for defining the system architecture and specifications in Taiwan and coordinating the team of over 200 AI engineers at the Vietnam headquarters for large-scale development and execution. Ensure the final delivery meets localized quality requirements.
  • Pre-sales & POC Execution
  • Partner with the sales team to win deals. Build quick proof of concept (POCs) such as AI Code Assistants (Code Vista) or Document OCR/Analysis to demonstrate ROI and technical capability.

  • Internal Enablement
  • Implement the "Eat Your Own Dog Food" strategy. Deploy IvyChat and AI agents internally for FPT Taiwan's HR/Sales teams and train staff to become AI-literate.
