KKLab is seeking a skilled Solution Architect who can understand customer needs, initiate business dialogues, and assist customers in integrating our primary product  (HQ), an Applied AI Orchestrator for Enterprises built on several PaaS, enabling customers to utilize state-of-the-art AI/ML capabilities while retaining 100% ownership of their private data.

In this role, you will be responsible for demonstrating and explaining to customers the distinct benefits of the HQ architecture, which includes the ability for customers to install industry-specific standard versions in their private clouds and build enterprise versions upon them if the pre-integrated versions do not meet their needs. Utilizing the Bring-Your-Own-Account (BYOA) model, customers are ensured the confidentiality of their business data, and customization fueled by industry-leading PaaS enables them to quickly respond to market opportunities. 

You will also assist product managers in interpreting customer requirements into technical specifications and provide guidance to customers and internal teams throughout the adoption process, ensuring the efficient and tailored delivery of AI solutions.

We are looking for a candidate with strong technical expertise, effective communication, and leadership skills. The ideal candidate should demonstrate the ability to bridge the gap between customer needs and technical solutions, as well as the ability to explore deeply the perspectives of the customer. Working efficiently within a hybrid environment (both remote and on-site) is highly desirable, aligning with our goal of fostering a direct and open working environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with customers to understand their business requirements and analyze relevant data to formulate optimal AI solutions.

  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to craft technical solutions to meet customer needs, and participate in sales demonstrations and presentations.

  • Assist in designing and building efficient and scalable solution architectures in alignment with product and service requirements.

  • Work closely with the product team to ensure the technical realization of solutions aligns with customer expectations.

  • Provide technical support and guidance, assisting customers in problem-solving during implementation and usage.

  • Stay informed about industry trends and technological developments, providing valuable insights and recommendations to the company. 

  • Collaboration with the marketing and business teams to introduce our successful cases to a wider audience.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field such as Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, etc.

  • A minimum of three years of experience in a related field, preferably in a B2B environment, with a strong background in solution architecture or technical consulting.

  • Understanding of artificial intelligence and machine learning technologies, as well as practical experience.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of clearly explaining technical concepts to customers and internal teams.

  • Strong project management and team collaboration skills.

  • Problem-solving skills, able to adapt to various challenges.
