An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Product Development Solution Architect to join a forward-thinking technology team based in Taipei. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on integrating diverse monitoring and observability solutions, working closely with both international clients and internal teams.

As a Product Development Solution Architect based in Taipei, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of observability within complex technology landscapes. Your day-to-day activities will involve architecting bespoke monitoring systems that span from initial data ingestion through to actionable visualisations. You will work hands-on with leading monitoring tools while developing integrations that unify disparate systems into cohesive platforms. By engaging directly with international clients as well as internal engineering teams, you will ensure every solution is precisely aligned with user needs. Your expertise in cloud infrastructure—across VMs, Kubernetes, serverless computing—and your ability to automate processes using scripting languages will be essential in driving efficiency throughout the project lifecycle. Security awareness will underpin all your work as you help organisations deploy resilient systems that stand up to modern operational demands. Success in this role means not only delivering technically sound solutions but also fostering an inclusive environment where knowledge is shared freely among colleagues from around the world.

  • Design comprehensive end-to-end observability solutions tailored to unique client requirements, ensuring seamless data collection, visualisation, and alerting capabilities.
  • Develop and maintain integrations with third-party monitoring tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog, OpenTelemetry, enabling unified platform experiences.
  • Define and configure meaningful monitoring dashboards and alert rules that provide actionable insights into system reliability for diverse environments.
  • Architect robust infrastructure solutions across virtual machines, Kubernetes clusters, and serverless platforms to meet evolving business needs.
  • Implement observability architectures leveraging Google Cloud Platform (GCP), Amazon Web Services (AWS), and Microsoft Azure for maximum scalability.
  • Apply advanced knowledge of content delivery networks (CDN), web application firewalls (WAF) like Cloudflare, and general cloud networking practices to ensure secure deployments.
  • Write automation scripts using Python or Bash to streamline deployment processes, configuration management, and integration workflows.
  • Utilise Docker and container ecosystems to optimise development pipelines and enhance continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) processes.
  • Collaborate closely with international clients and internal stakeholders to understand their technical challenges from multiple perspectives and deliver tailored solutions.
  • Maintain up-to-date awareness of security best practices in system design and operations to safeguard all deployed solutions.
