Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Taipei City for an International Sales Manager. The position involves managing and expanding international sales, developing and nurturing client relationships, and overseeing sales strategies in key markets. Responsibilities include identifying global market opportunities, negotiating with potential partners, and achieving sales targets. Furthermore, the role requires effective collaboration with internal teams to align sales strategies with the brand's development goals and to ensure seamless execution of initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Strong sales and negotiation skills, with experience in business development and international sales
  • Excellent communication abilities in English and knowledge of additional languages is advantageous
  • Proficiency in market analysis, identifying opportunities, and creating strategic plans
  • Experience in managing client relationships, customer service, and developing strategic partnerships
  • Knowledge of the cycling industry is highly desirable
  • Proficiency with CRM and sales software tools
  • A proactive, self-motivated individual who thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, International Relations, or a related field
