Senior Brand Manager

Role & Responsibilities:

-Brand Strategy & Planning

  • Manage the development and execution of strong functionally aligned brand plans, responsible for the performance & strategic alignment; Devise and drive short- or long-term strategies to position the brand and build market share.
  • Support the creation and execution of the Integrated Commercial Planning (ICP).

-Brand Communication & Activation

  • Implement brand communication strategies in collaboration with agencies to enhance brand awareness across all touchpoints, including digital platforms, media, and KOL partnerships.

-Promotional Activities

  • Identify and recommend effective promotional programs and materials to drive sales activation and support accurate forecasting.

-Market Intelligence & Analysis

  • Collect, consolidate, and analyze market intelligence, including competitor activities, consumer and shopper insights, and market share data.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to provide actionable insights for brand decision-making.

-Budget & Operational Management

  • Understand business impact and priorities on PFME investment of the brands; ensure operational control and budget compliance.

-Innovation & Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure timely launch of I&R (Innovation & Renovation) products and achievement of business targets.

What will make you successful:

  • Degree holder in Marketing or business-related disciplines
  • Ideally 10+ years of work experience in brand management, marketing, trade marketing or sales; Preferably with exposure in MNCs or FMCG related industries
  • With experiences working in matrix organizational structure and multi-disciplinary businesses would be highly preferable
  • Knowledge in food nutrition will be an advantage
  • Demonstrated record of success in brand building based on consumer insights with good business acumen
  • A strategic thinker and a results-driven talent
  • Strong communication and presentation skills in both written and spoken English & Chinese
  • The candidate with less experience will be considered for the
