Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Taipei for a Logistics Director at Supacaz. The Logistics Director will oversee supply chain optimization, inventory management, and the coordination of logistics operations. Responsibilities include planning, implementing, and managing efficient inbound and outbound logistics, as well as collaborating with global teams. This role also involves maintaining vendor relationships, streamlining workflows, and ensuring that operations are compliant with local and international regulations. The candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams, including inventory management and customer service, to ensure smooth delivery processes.
Qualifications
- Background in Sports, Physical Education, and Sports Management
- Strong Communication and Coaching skills to effectively lead and manage cross-functional teams
- Proven experience in logistics, supply chain management, and operations
- Exceptional organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Knowledge of the sporting goods industry, specifically cycling and other sports like baseball or racquet sports, is a plus
- Familiarity with logistics systems and technology tools
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field
