Key Responsibilities
JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Recruitment tasks are currently assigned according to existing channels. This position is responsible for employee referrals from four divisions in both the North and South regions, accounting for 35% of the overall recruitment channels.
  • By leveraging candidates from the insurance industry with recruitment experience, the role can quickly become familiar with the characteristics of TOP TMR recruitment and efficiently connect and develop more advantageous talent.
  • Future responsibilities for this position include business trips to both the North and South regions, explaining and promoting projects to existing employees, and independently developing business capabilities to expand new talent channels.
  • The role also aims to optimize employee and internal referrals in line with digitalization goals:
  • Establish a digital shared platform to enhance referral effectiveness.
  • Create a referral process data tracking table to analyze referral quality in each region through key metrics.
  • Regularly automate email notifications for referral tasks and track team progress.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 10 years experience in insurance and or financial institutions or listed companies.
  • Bachelor degree or above.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other office software. Able to efficiently support daily work requirements.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills. Strong team player working with various business functions. Proactive and takes the initiative to navigate complex environment.
