About the Role
】

雲端產品經理,你將成為公司雲端運營的核心角色,全面參與多雲平台的管理與優化,確保服務穩定高效。你不僅會與各大雲服務商保持緊密合作,及時掌握最新的雲端技術動態,還能與業務與技術團隊攜手推動 AI 與 AIGC 的應用落地,在快速發展的產業中持續成長與挑戰自我。

【What You'll Do / Responsibilities】

  1. 全面負責多雲平台(AWS、GCP、Azure、阿里雲、騰訊雲、華為雲等)的帳號管理、服務開通、日常巡檢、故障處理與容量規劃,確保系統穩定高效運行。
  2. 作為公司與雲服務商及內部業務團隊的橋樑,及時響應並傳達雲服務的升級、上下線、擴縮容等訊息,確保資訊準確快速傳達。
  3. 負責雲平台財務相關流程:收集並交付發票與帳單,協助財務完成對帳與付款,保障帳戶餘額或授信額度充足。
  4. 撰寫並持續優化各類操作與運維文檔,改進流程與標準,提升整體運營效率。

【Minimum / Required Qualifications】

  1. 本科及以上學歷,資工或相關專業背景。
  2. 至少 1 年以上雲平台 AI 服務運營或系統運維經驗,並熟悉至少一個主流雲平台的操作與管理。
  3. 具備良好的溝通與協調能力,能跨部門、跨團隊高效協作。
  4. 熟練使用 Excel 等辦公工具,具備基礎數據分析能力。
  5. 主動學習與問題解決能力強,能快速適應快節奏與挑戰性的工作環境。

【Preferred Qualifications / Nice to have】

  1. 具備良好的英文閱讀能力,能快速理解技術文檔。
  2. 有多雲平台協同管理經驗者佳。
  3. 曾參與 AI 相關產品或服務的運維/運營專案者優先。
  4. 對資訊產業,如雲端服務、資訊安全等領域有基本認識,願意自主學習相關知識。
  5. 對 AI 與 AIGC 技術有基本理解,能快速跟進產業趨勢與應用。
