Position Summary

Purpose of Role
】

Responsible for the property maintenance of overall hotel building and equipment, including fittings and fixtures. Ensure that Engineering works in adherence to hotel operation, W's Engineering Standards and local legislations. Provide a professional, advisory and executive support service to the Executive Team to achieve the strategic goals of establishment.

Cast Key Responsibilities
】

• Control and administer all Engineering and utility supply contracts.
• Check the wooden equipments regularly for maintenance and update check records.
• Inspect decorations and check equipments regularly to ensure adherence to Marriott standards.
• Supervise general property maintenance cost control and maintenance request system.
• Maintaining work environment in adherence to environmental standard.
• Record daily fix jobs.
• Resolve requests from each department.

• 進行定期裝修維護工作,並確保符合萬豪標準。
• 監督飯店維修成本控制和要求維護的系統(並對時程之安排)。
• 控制環境之維護符合環保作業。
• 記錄每日修繕作業。
• 維修各單位報修項目。
