Position: Program Management Specialist - Onsite Merchandising

Team Description

The Onsite Merchandising team is looking for a Program Manager who is passionate about delivering best-in-class customer experiences through data-driven merchandising strategies and operational excellence.

This role will support and execute high-impact initiatives that enhance the quality, relevance, and performance of onsite content across Coupang's Taiwan platform.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, collaborative, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. They should be able to manage multiple projects, work cross-functionally, and use data to drive continuous improvement.

What will you do?

  • Ensure onsite merchandising content (e.g., banners, modules, landing pages) is accurate, engaging, and aligned with brand and business goals, while maintaining parity with standards.
  • Assist in building and optimizing merchandising programs—including process setup, documentation, and performance tracking using key metrics.
  • Analyze data and provide actionable insights to improve onsite content effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with KR HQ and cross-functional teams to support localization and implementation of merchandising strategies.

Qualifications

Required:

  • 3+ years of experience in operations, program management, or merchandising execution
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Analytical mindset with experience in performance tracking and reporting
  • Proficiency in Excel; familiarity with dashboards or reporting tools
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Native Chinese required & fluent English

Preferred:

  • Experience with SQL or Tableau is a plus
  • Background in e-commerce, retail, or digital marketing operations
