Role Description

The Concierge Assistant Manager will oversee daily concierge operations, manage guest reservations and queries, ensure seamless guest experiences, and provide personalized recommendations based on guest needs. The role requires maintaining strong communication with the team and other departments while delivering exceptional customer service. The individual will play a key role in ensuring smooth front desk operations and support for the concierge team.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Concierge Services, Reservations, and Receptionist Duties
• Exceptional Customer Service and Communication skills
• Experience in hospitality or a customer-facing role is preferred
• Ability to manage multiple tasks with attention to detail and organization
• Proficiency in multiple languages is a plus
• Familiarity with the local area and a commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences
