I. Job Responsibilities

  1. Lead the planning of enterprise-level SAAS server architecture, optimize multi-regional load balancing and data architecture, and solve system stability issues.
  2. Be responsible for the development of core modules, write high-quality PHP code, and ensure efficient cross-team collaboration and successful function implementation.
  3. Investigate potential risks in multi-regional deployment, optimize deployment plans and monitoring systems, quickly respond to and resolve system failures, and minimize the impact on customers.
  4. Carry out special performance optimization projects, solve high concurrency problems through code refactoring, data tuning and other means, and establish a problem review mechanism.
  5. Introduce efficient technical tools, share PHP development experience to guide the team, and improve the overall problem-solving ability and collaboration efficiency.

II. Job Requirements

  1. Bachelor's degree or above in computer-related majors.
  2. More than 8 years of server development experience,
    proficient in PHP language
    , with priority given to those familiar with other mainstream server languages such as Python/Go, and having rich practical experience in solving system problems.
  3. More than 3 years of enterprise-level SAAS development experience, familiar with the deployment and operation essentials of multi-regional distributed systems.
  4. Proficient in distributed architecture, microservices, caching and other technologies, and good at database tuning and Linux system operation.
  5. Possess strong problem-solving and pressure-resistant abilities, good communication and collaboration skills, and able to adapt to fast-paced work.

III. Preferred Qualifications

  1. Have business acumen and can ensure system stability in combination with business needs.
  2. Fluent in English, able to communicate in English as a working language.
  3. Have successful cases of solving major system failures in a fast-growing team.
  4. Familiar with EU data security-related regulations.
