Key Responsibilities

  1. Design, develop, and maintain highly performant, reliable, scalable, and secure backend systems and server-side logic.

  2. Oversee projects from conception to deployment, ensuring smooth execution and delivery to create a great and on-brand user experience.

  3. Maintain and optimize the backend infrastructure to meet evolving project needs.

  4. Collaborate with front-end developers to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic.

  5. Write clean, standardized, maintainable, testable, and reusable backend code to solve business and technical problems.

Required Qualifications

1. Solid experience with PHP(must-have); familiarity with Golang is a plus.

  1. Proficient in Git version control, including conflict resolution and merging strategies.

  2. Experience with both relational and non-relational databases, such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, Redis, MongoDB.

  3. Strong understanding of microservices design, architecture, development, deployment, and operations.

  4. Team-oriented with strong communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

  5. Hands-on experience with Docker, including common commands and containerization concepts.
