Responsibilities

  • Support customers in successfully deploying AMD AI GPU products on server platforms, ensuring stability and optimal performance.
  • Provide technical consultation and solutions for system integration and deployment.
  • Perform issue analysis and troubleshooting to quickly identify and resolve hardware or software problems.
  • Deliver on-site technical support, assisting customers with testing, validation, and performance optimization.
  • Collaborate closely with ODM, OEM, and ecosystem partners to drive product adoption and application success.
  • Prepare technical documentation, test reports, and deliver training for internal teams and customers.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 10+ years of experience with GPU servers, with strong knowledge of high-performance computing and AI acceleration platforms.
  • Deep understanding of the ODM ecosystem and proven experience working with ODM partners.
  • Proficiency in Linux environments, including scripting and automation using Shell scripts.
  • Strong skills in system integration, performance tuning, and problem diagnosis.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with customers and cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with AI frameworks such as TensorFlow and PyTorch, and GPU driver management.
  • Experience in HPC or cloud platform deployment.
