Your tasks

  • Responsible for Oscilloscope test and measurement applications.
  • Perform technical support for general instruments for the customers.
  • Partner with sales as a technical owner for pre-sales activities, e.g. demonstrates product capability and performance.
  • Online/On-site customer support, e.g. including presentation, demonstration, training, and application cases.
  • Building a long-term, trustworthy relationship with customers as technical experts.
  • Develop strong links with R&S HQ.

Your Qualifications

  • Power electronic application or SI/PI experience is a major plus.
  • Experience in instrument operations, e.g. Oscilloscope, Power Supply, Power Analyzer.
  • Programming skills to bridge product and customer projects.
  • Familiar with Instrument control and SCPI commands.
  • Presentation experiences for online/physical technical seminars.
  • Customer-centric and people-facing personality with a strong curiosity to learn new applications & topics.
  • Programming fundamental or RF fundamental related experience is a major plus.
  • With driver license, willing to travel to customers sites (more than 50% of time).
