About the Role

We're hiring a
Business English Coach
to work with ambitious professionals in Asia (tech, finance, and business).

This isn't textbook English. Our students already have solid foundations — what they need is
clarity, confidence, and charisma
to thrive in real-world workplace communication: meetings, presentations, and everyday conversations with global colleagues.

What You'll Do

  • Deliver
    1:1 online coaching sessions
    tailored to each professional's career goals
  • Help clients sharpen
    listening comprehension
    (fast/native accents, global workplace slang)
  • Coach students to
    communicate with confidence
    in meetings, presentations, and small talk
  • Provide
    structured feedback
    and practical strategies they can use immediately at work
  • Track progress and collaborate with our team on development plans

What We're Looking For

  • Experience teaching or coaching adults in
    Business English / Communication / Workplace skills
  • Strong ability to adapt to each student — systematic and results-focused
  • Clear communicator with empathy and patience
  • Native or near-native English fluency
    (Mandarin a strong plus)
  • Bonus: background in
    business, tech, or corporate environments
