As our
Client Operations Liaison Manager & Network Service Manager
in Taipei, you will play a key role in connecting clients, operations, and medical networks to deliver trusted care and service excellence across Greater China.

Key Responsibilities

Client Operations Liaison

  • Serve as the main liaison between clients, account management, and internal operational teams to ensure service delivery excellence.
  • Support corporate clients by providing operational insight and maintaining alignment with service expectations.
  • Collaborate with medical, security, and assistance teams to resolve issues and continuously enhance client satisfaction.
  • Represent the operations team in client meetings and business reviews, providing professional operational input.
  • Drive process improvements through client feedback, service data, and quality analysis.

Network Service Management

  • Build and maintain a reliable network of hospitals, clinics, and service providers across Taiwan.
  • Evaluate provider performance, negotiate pricing and service terms, and ensure compliance with internal standards.
  • Collaborate with regional and global teams to strengthen network quality and consistency.
  • Conduct regular provider engagement, contract renewals, and updates to ensure 24/7 service readiness.
  • Work with Finance and AP teams to ensure timely and accurate provider payment and data management.

Leadership & Collaboration

  • Partner with Operations, Medical, and Security leaders to align network and client operations strategies with business objectives.
  • Contribute to regional projects, process enhancement, and quality improvement initiatives.
  • Promote data accuracy, policy compliance, and continuous learning within the operational team.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or above.
  • 5–8 years' experience in client operations, network management, or related fields within a multinational environment.
  • Proven ability to manage client relationships and coordinate cross-functional teams.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities; able to perform under pressure.
  • Culturally sensitive and confident working across diverse internal and external stakeholders.
