Responsibilities:

  • Review and oversee accounting activities handled by external service providers (month-end closing, VAT, withholding tax, audit prep).
  • Independently manage internal cash management, ensuring proper control and accurate reporting.
  • Prepare consolidated financial and management reports, providing insights to support senior management decisions.
  • Analyze P&L performance and provide actionable recommendations.
  • Collaborate across teams to ensure financial governance and compliance.
  • Report directly to the Ventures Group President.

Requirements:

  • Self-driven, proactive, and hands-on; thrives in fast-paced startup environments.
  • Minimum 5 years of corporate finance or accounting experience, including reporting oversight or team leadership.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to communicate financial insights clearly to senior management.
  • Experience in startups or cloud-related industries is a plus.

Nice to Have:

  • Big Four experience.
  • CPA or equivalent certification is a plus.
