Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • This is a temporary, six-month position
  •  Advertising Paperwork Management:

Handle the processing of advertising contracts and insertion orders (IOs), ensuring all documentation is complete and accurate.

  • Vendor Support:

Facilitate the qualification process for new vendors, coordinating internal requirements and documentation needed for onboarding.

  •  Marketing PR & Approvals:

Assist in the creation, review, and internal management of marketing and public relations materials, ensuring timely approvals and alignment with brand standards.

  • Invoice Review & Payment Coordination:

Verify advertising invoices and manage payment workflows. Ensure documentation aligns with campaign deliverables and proof of performance.

  • Performance Reporting:

Collect and analyze advertising performance data to create comprehensive monthly and quarterly reports. Present insights and recommendations based on campaign effectiveness and ROI.

Qualifications:
  •   Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
  •   2–4 years of experience in a marketing, advertising operations, or media buying role
  •   Strong understanding of advertising terms and contract processes
  •   Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, or other reporting tools
  •   Detail-oriented with strong analytical and organizational skills
  •   Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple priorities

Preferred:

  •   Experience with advertising platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Meta, programmatic tools)
  •   Familiarity with financial workflows and vendor management systems
  •   Excellent written and verbal communication skills
