Legal Manager/ Assistant Manager

Draft, review, and provide revision recommendations, coordinate and achieve Chinese and English contracts and legal documents for all group companies in Taiwan.
Monitor and update domestic and international regulations relevant to company operations, and provide compliance advice.
Organize regular internal legal trainings to enhance employees' awareness of legal risks.
Assist with legal administrative matters such as company registration, amendments, and shareholder meetings.
Maintain and update data within the Group's systems.
Provide legal support to internal departments, including but not limited to: Legal consultations; Drafting and reviewing internal policies and regulations; Offering legal solutions ; Document preparation; Handling mediation and managing litigation cases
Coordinate with external lawyers to manage litigation, arbitration and dispute resolution.
Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Minimum 3-5 years of work experiences in business environment
Thorough knowledge of legal principles and practices
Sound judgement and ability to analyze situations and information
Strong communication and inter-personal skills
High degree of professional ethics and integrity
工作內容:
負責集團台灣各公司中、英文合約及法律文件之起草、審閱、修訂建議、協調及歸檔。
持續了解及更新與公司營運相關的國內外法規,提供合規性分析及建議。
定期舉辦公司內部法治教育訓練,提昇員工法律風險意識。
協助處理公司登記、變更、股東會等相關法律行政事務。
負責集團系統資料更新與維護。
為公司各部門提供法律支援,包括但不限於法律諮詢、內部規章制度擬訂與審核、解決方案建議、文件撰寫、調解、訴訟案件處理及相關應對。
與外部律師合作,協調處理訴訟、仲裁及其他糾紛。
其它主管交辦事項。
資格條件:
具備至少 3–5 年的企業工作經驗
熟悉法律原則與實務
具備良好的判斷能力,能有效分析各種情境與資訊
具備優秀的溝通與人際互動能力
具備高度的專業操守與誠信
