工作職責

維護和修理工廠設備。解決故障問題。提高設備性能。增強設備可靠性。定期監控和測量設備狀況。以滿足生產和業務需求。專注於工廠設備的維護和修理。改善性能。增強可靠性和完整性。

Your Role

* 確保工作安全達到最高標準。
* 測量機械元件和設備的性能。
* 維護和修改設備,以確保其安全、可靠和高效。
* 能夠在工廠設備和維護的持續改進中發揮關鍵作用。
* 熟悉SAP計劃和預防性維護程序。
* 修訂維護文件,如標準操作程序(SOP)、工藝流程圖(P&ID)及相關生產表單,並協助操作員進行實踐。
* 遵守環境健康與安全(EH&S)指導。參與各種活動,如APT、BSP、近失事件。參加每月安全會議。
* 支持日常運營及工廠啟動與關閉,包括故障排除和工廠維護。
* 進行儲罐沉降檢查並測量真空層。
* 協助分子篩和儲罐年度檢查。
* 增強設備的可靠性和完整性,並完成安全排放閥的定期測試。
* 制定並實施年度自主設備維護計劃。

Who You Are

* 候選人應對工作充滿熱情並持續學習。
* 能夠在壓力下自信工作,具備基本的書面和口頭溝通能力
* 如果具備監督和領導能力,將會是一個額外的優勢。
* 需具備機械相關領域的學士學位或更高學歷,要求有三年以上的維護工作經驗。
