International Wealth and Premier Banking (IWPB) is our new global business combining Retail Banking and Wealth Management; and Global Private Banking, to become one of the world's largest global wealth managers with USD1.4 trillion in assets.   • The role is to execute and support the Managed Solutions business growth covering operation, compliance, product and performance management covering both Retail Wealth and Global Private Banking

  • Contributes to the Managed Solutions Product development including both Unit Trust and Alternatives to achieve business objectives

  • Supports to all Managed Solutions Product distribution channels in terms of product promotions, operation process and channel/customer communication and events
  • Develops and execute products and channel strategy
  • Develops tactical marketing campaigns and sales promotion
  • Develop clear service guideline and procedure for operation process
  • Manage the everyday operations of Managed Solutions sales in Taiwan, including relationship with Fund houses, transaction process, new product onboarding and after-sales service
  • Ensuring all operation process and customer service provided are within compliance guidelines and meet group standard
  • Financial control and operation risk management

Qualifications

  • University or above graduated
  • With Trust L4 license and 金融市場常識與職業道德
  • Has experience in Banking or Securities industry
  • Banking wealth management experience is a plus
  • Experience in establishing a business and coordinating resources
  • Fluent English communication and MS Excel / Powerpoint skill
  • Strong communication and problem solving skill
