Job Description

  • Serve as the customer's internal representative while promoting the company externally.
  • Identify, address, and resolve customer requirements and issues promptly to ensure satisfaction.
  • Utilise internal systems to coordinate engineering information and alert relevant departments and customers for the successful completion of tape-out and lot handling tasks.
  • Organise and lead communication meetings between customers and VIS teams, addressing abnormal events and technical issues.
  • Manage special customer requests, including MPW, reports, surveys, logistic requirement, and others.
  • Host and conduct visits for customers to strengthen relationships and improve customer management.

Work Experience

  • At least 2 years of relevant semiconductor engineering experience, with proven communication and coordination skills.

Education

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in a science or engineering field.

Language

  • Fluency in both written and spoken English and Mandarin
