The Service Launch Program Manager will be working with cross-functional teams to deliver new programs to reach corporate goals by defining the scope of programs, identifying risks, managing costs, and tracking dependencies and schedules. He/She has pure hustle and passion for building a new consumer business in a competitive market and ensuring operational plans are aligned with business objectives. Contribute to functional strategy development and execution plans to reach corporate goals. Lead to create and consolidate strategic process planning and solutions including cross-functional and organizational process building, implementation, optimization, and operational process reviews.

What you'll do.

  • Build strategic frameworks & processes to guide decision making.
  • Build tools and provide insights, analysis, and reporting structures to recommend strategies and initiatives to cross-functional teams.
  • Maintain a pulse on the industry landscape to constantly assess threats and opportunities, as well as document and communicate market intelligence.
  • Manage programs of product requests, issues escalation, testing, experiments, and roll-out processes.
  • Manage and work with cross-functional teams to execute high priority, needle-moving growth, and optimization initiatives.
  • Engage with regional and cross-functional team members to surface and implement best practices. Actively maintain communications with a broad stakeholder base.

Who we are looking for.

  • A couple years of work experience in strategic and operational roles, supported by a history of delivering clear results. Consulting firm experience is a plus.
  • Strong track record of engaging and influencing cross-functional teams and evidence of successful complex stakeholder management across a variety of functions.
  • An analytical mindset and strong business acumen with experience using SQL, Tableau, and Google Suites.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment in an organized and timely manner.
  • Able to collaborate and a willingness to listen and learn.
  • An entrepreneurial spirit that has no problem with getting your hands dirty.
