What you will do:

• 材料/工程採購發包, 詢價、比價、議價及成本分析 (需識圖AutoCAD及具備估算能力) Material/ engineering procurement outsourcing, price inquiry, price comparison, price negotiation and cost analysis (requires skills in AutoCAD and the ability to estimate).
• 負責供應商開發/ 管理/ 評鑑與發展計畫 Responsible for supplier development/ management/ evaluation and development plan.
• 採購ERP系統操作下單、進度跟催、控制交期等一般採購作業 General procurement operations, such as order placement, progress follow-up, and delivery control in the procurement ERP system.
• 工程買賣及承攬合約製作 Procurement contract drafting.
• 其它主管交辦事務 Other tasks assigned by the supervisor.

What we are looking for:

• 中文聽說讀寫能力 Proficiency in mandarin listening, reading, speaking and writing is a must.
• 兩年以上相關工作經驗 Minimum of 2 years related working experience.
• 大學以上,工程相關科系 Bachelor's or above degree in engineering related fields.
• 具採購議價談判技巧且對數字敏銳度高 Possess purchase bargaining and negotiation skills and sensitive to figures.
• 具估算圖說能力 Ability in estimating costs from engineering drawings.
• 可配合工地會議 Willingness to participant in site meetings.
• 能團隊合作,個性主動積極且具學習企圖心 Able to work in a team with proactive working attitude and eager to learn.
• 具現場工務經驗尤佳 Experience in on-site construction project is a plus.
