機械設計工程師

Responsibilities

• 依客戶需求與規格,進行產品機構設計與結構評估
• Create, draft, and design product layouts and structures based on customer specifications.
• 產品包裝設計與材料測試,兼顧功能性與成本效益
• Design product packaging and conduct material testing to ensure functionality and cost-effectiveness.
• 繪製 2D/3D 設計圖,建立完整設計資料並支援量產
• Generate 2D/3D CAD drawings and maintain comprehensive product documentation for production.
• 規劃與跟進模具設計、開模與後續修改調整
• Oversee mold design, tooling development, and necessary modifications.
• 進行產品測試,評估設計可行性並提出改進方案
• Conduct product testing, assess design feasibility, and provide improvement suggestions.
• 分析失效或瑕疵產品,提出改良建議以應用於後續設計
• Review defective products and resolve issues for future design enhancements.
• 完成主管交辦的其他專案任務
• Assist in other tasks assigned by supervisors as needed.

Qualifications

• 機械工程、工業設計或相關科系畢業
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Design, or related field.
• 4 年以上相關產業經驗
• 4+ years of relevant industry experience.
• 熟悉金屬、塑膠等材料特性與加工製程
• Strong knowledge of material properties (metal/plastic) and manufacturing processes.
• 熟練 AutoCAD、SolidWorks 或其他 CAD 軟體
• Proficient in AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or other CAD software.
• 具備模具設計與量產經驗者佳
• Experience in mold design and mass production is a plus.
• 良好的溝通協調與問題解決能力
• Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• 有電子產品或工業產品機構設計專案經驗
• Experience in mechanical design for electronic or industrial products.
• 了解散熱設計與結構強度分析
• Familiarity with thermal design and structural strength analysis.
• 具英文技術文件閱讀能力
• Ability to read technical documents in English
