【職務概要】

在產品開發流程中,從產品構思到終端的應用,都需要確保產品設計的可行及穩定性與市場競爭力。隨著技術的進步和市場需求的變化,散熱工程師必須不斷學習和適應新的挑戰,以推動產品創新,並為公司帶來持續的成長與發展。

【主要工作內容】

1.能夠同時對應不同產品的開發時程及要求,並讓產品準時發表。

2.針對RFQ / RFP 提供高品質的的散熱解決方案。

3.設計穩健的主動式與被動式散熱解決方案,並且符合行業規範,滿足產品部門及客戶的需求。

4.運用FloTHERM進行系統熱模擬分析,評估可行性與風險。

5.與散熱器供應商進行合作,確保設計成品的效能,品質與成本。

6.執行系統熱與聲學測試,制定測試計畫,並且確認測試報告與結果。

7.與跨職能部門合作與溝通,定義系統需求,設計產品,評估風險及可行性設計並且優化設計 (能夠簡報並且分析新設計或是提案的散熱解決方案)。

8.新技術的開發應用並與學術單位合作與追蹤執行項目。

【必要條件】

工作經驗:具備5-10年相關工作經驗。

學歷要求: 大學 / 碩博士機械及熱流相關科系。

語文條件: 中文/英文 中等。

擅長工具: FloTHERM / SolidWork / AutoCAD。

工作技能: FloTHERM Thermal Simulation and NB, Tablet, DT, server, IPC, related thermal design。

【加分條件】

NV / Qualcomm 系統開發。
