我們正在尋找一位技術精湛且經驗豐富的資深應用工程師加入我們的團隊。本職位需要一位主動積極且注重細節的專業人士,能夠在技術解決方案和客戶需求之間架起橋樑,確保工程成功執行、符合規範並滿足客戶需求。

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Application Engineer to join our team. This position requires a proactive, detail-oriented professional who can bridge the gap between technical solutions and customer requirements, ensuring the successful execution of engineering projects that comply with specifications and meet client needs.

职责

1. 進行技術評估(硬體和軟體系統),並根據客戶需求定制解決方案。

2. 作為公司與客戶之間的主要技術聯絡人,及時回應技術查詢並高效解決客戶問題。

3. 與銷售團隊、客戶、承包商以及內部團隊協作,提供符合項目目標的高質量解決方案。

4. 與亞洲投標管理部門密切合作,處理日常的詢價單(RFQ)和投標管理工作。

5. 協助審核招標文件,確保其符合法規和內部標準。

6. Conduct technical evaluations (hardware and software systems) and customize solutions to meet client requirements.

7. Serve as the primary technical liaison between the company and clients, providing timely responses to technical inquiries and resolving customer issues efficiently.

8. Collaborate with sales teams, clients, contractors, and internal teams to deliver high-quality solutions that meet project objectives.

9. Work closely with Bid Management, Asia, to handle routine RFQs and tender management.

10. Assist in reviewing tender documents to ensure compliance with regulations and internal standards.

资历

1. 至少5年工程經驗,特別是在公共工程專案方面。有國際專案經驗者優先

2. 具備在政府或公共領域項目中工作的成功經驗,展現出對台灣採購法的深刻理解,以及能夠有效利用合同條款、當地法律或國際標準與利益相關者進行談判、解決衝突、使結果與業務目標保持一致,並確保項目順利推進至下一個里程碑。

3.了解公共工程採購法及孰悉公共工程運作者佳

1. 具備電子產品、系統整合及解決方案提供的實際操作經驗

2. 具備強大的問題解決能力和對細節的高度關注

3. 擁有卓越的人際交往和溝通能力

4. 能夠在快節奏的環境中獨立工作或與團隊合作

5. 願意根據項目需求進行必要的出差

6. 需會開車具有汽車駕照

7. At least 5 years of engineering experience, particularly in public works projects. International project experience is a plus.

8. Proven success working on government or public sector projects, with a strong understanding of Taiwan's Government Procurement Act. Ability to effectively leverage contract terms, local laws, or international standards to negotiate with stakeholders, resolve conflicts, align outcomes with business objectives, and ensure projects progress smoothly to the next milestone.
9. Familiarity with the Public Construction Procurement Act and experience with public works project operations are highly desirable.
10. Hands-on experience with electronic products, system integration, and solution delivery.
11. Strong problem-solving skills and exceptional attention to detail.
12. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
13. Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
14. Willing to travel as required by project needs.
15. Must possess a valid driver's license and be able to drive.
