Job Description:
We are seeking a visionary and experienced Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to lead our technology strategy and development. As CTO, you will be responsible for defining and implementing our long-term technological vision, overseeing system architecture, and guiding our technical teams to ensure optimal performance, innovation, and scalability.

Responsibilities:
-Develop and implement the companys overall technology strategy aligned with business goals.

-Establish and maintain robust system architecture to ensure stability and scalability.

-Lead the development and maintenance of core services and platforms.-Build, mentor, and manage a high

-performing technical team to drive innovation and professional growth.

-Collaborate closely with the product department to enhance product innovation and drive business development.

Qualifications:
-Bachelors degree or above in Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields.

-Minimum of 8 years of experience in game software or platform development, including at least 4 years in a technical leadership or management role.

-Strong understanding of both frontend and backend technologies, including database design and optimization.

-Proficient in at least one programming language (e.g., JavaScript, Golang, etc.).-Proven track record in leading large

-scale development projects with a full understanding of development lifecycle.

-Industry knowledge in online gaming and iGaming (e-casino) is highly preferred.

-Intermediate proficiency in English (speaking, reading, writing, listening).
