This position will be responsible mainly for back-office operation such as trade affirmation, settlement and regulatory reporting for capital market activities (Stock agency business in TWSE and TPEX, Bond Underwriting, Listed Products Issuance and Market-making).

Operational Risk/ Daily Production:

o Ensure accurate processing of local currency clearing and settlement for capital market activities, trade affirmation,

payment and account opening.

Business Support & Efficiency:

o Act as daily contact point for client, offshore Trade support unit and Back-office teams
o Report to Team Head of any irregularities or discrepancies
o Liaise with Business Line and regional teams on new regulatory reporting
o Explore opportunities to streamline the daily processes for better efficiency.

Regulation & Compliance:

o Ensure regulatory reports are prepared in an accurate and timely manner

o Comply with all internal rules and guidelines, and local regulations
