Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position located in Taipei City. As a Sales Manager in the Power Sales & Marketing team, you will lead efforts to identify new business opportunities, establish strong relationships with clients, and drive the growth of Peak Energy's portfolio. Your daily responsibilities will include developing and implementing sales strategies, negotiating contracts, conducting market research, identifying emerging trends, and preparing sales forecasts. You will collaborate with internal teams to tailor energy solutions that meet the unique needs of clients while supporting their sustainability objectives.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in business development, sales strategy, and client relationship management.
  • Strong knowledge of the renewable energy sector, including utility-scale solar, wind, and battery storage.
  • Proficiency in market research, data analysis, and identifying emerging energy trends.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and networking skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Fluency in English and Mandarin, with additional regional language skills being a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Renewable Energy, or a related field. An MBA or equivalent experience is an advantage.
