Role Descriptions

We are searching for full-time on-site roles including for both Front and Back of House roles. This includes: Head Chef, Chef de Partie, Sous Chef, Waitstaff, & FOH Manager.

These are five separate roles, so please indicate which you are applying for in your email to us.

Back of House Roles:
As a member of the Back of House team, you will be responsible for preparing, cooking, and presenting high-quality dishes according to our recipes and standards. You will collaborate with the culinary team to ensure smooth kitchen operations and deliver exceptional food to our guests. This role requires passion for culinary arts, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Front of House Roles:
As a member of our Front of House team, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, managing daily operations, supervising and training staff, ensuring food and beverage quality, and maximizing sales. You will also be involved in wine selection, knowledge, and recommendations.

BOH Qualifications

• Culinary skills including food preparation, cooking, and plating
• Knowledge of various cooking techniques and food safety regulations
• Experience working in a professional kitchen
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work as part of a team and communicate effectively
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Culinary degree or certification is a plus

FOH Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong customer service orientation
• Experience in the food and beverage industry
• Training and supervisory skills
• Proven sales ability
• Passion for wine and sommelier knowledge
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Attention to detail and organization
• Fluent in both English and Mandarin
• Experience working with websites or social media is a plus
• Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
• Certifications or qualifications in wine or hospitality are desirable
