Position : Principal, Biz. Marketing (Google)

The Taiwan Marketing team is responsible for driving Coupang Taiwan's revenue and user growth charters – the team is responsible for a broad range of digital channels such as email, push notification and social ads used to communicate and engage effectively with potential and existing Coupang customers. In doing so, the team collaborates with multiple stakeholders internally such as engineering and product.

What will you do?

  • Evaluate, analyse and optimize marketing channel performance
  • Collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders (finance, analytics, product, engg, category/campaign management) to provide correct inputs, improve tech products such as product feed and generate insights to drive marketing channel performance
  • Manage external partners effectively – from reporting, to optimization and expectation settings
  • Manage reconciliations and billings effectively

Essential Qualifications

  • 7-9 years of experience
  • Experience in Google channels such as App Installs and Demand Gen
  • Experience working with measurement platforms like Google Analytics, Appsflyer, Branch and others

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in Google channels and understanding of nuances between various channels e.g. PMAX compared to Shopping, PMAX compared to Demand Gen and others
  • Experience working with measurement platforms like Google Analytics, Appsflyer, Branch and others
  • Experience in other ad tech requirements e.g. product feed, audience platforms, creative automation
  • Experience in ecommerce and working with performance KPIs like CPA, ROAS, retention rates and others
