We are seeking a highly driven Strategic Growth Marketer to accelerate the regional expansion of Delta's ESG Consulting Services and ESG AI Solutions across
Taiwan, Japan, China, and Southeast Asia
.

This role combines strategic marketing, regional campaign execution, and ESG/AI product positioning to drive awareness, lead generation, and scalable market growth.

You will lead flagship ESG programs such as SEA ESG Summit, ESG Solution Day, and strategic partner co-marketing events, shaping Delta's leadership in sustainability transformation and AI-enabled ESG innovation.

《Key Responsibilities》

1. Strategic Marketing & Regional Campaign Execution

  • Develop and execute annual ESG Consulting marketing strategies for TW/JP/China/SEA
  • Own end-to-end event management: agenda design, speaker coordination, customer outreach, creative assets, and localization (EN/CH/JP)
  • Drive measurable outcomes: lead generation, pipeline contribution, and customer engagement
  • Collaborate with Sales, Consulting, Product, Branding, and regional teams for integrated execution

2. ESG AI Product Marketing & Content Development

  • Create value propositions, messaging frameworks, and GTM narratives
  • Develop marketing content: solution briefs, whitepapers, case studies, EDMs, videos, social posts
  • Work with Product, Consulting, and Sales teams to develop multi-language GTM materials (EN/CH/JP)
  • Conduct competitive analysis (e.g., Schneider, Siemens, ABB, Asuene, regional carbon-tech solutions)
  • Support product launch events and customer demonstrations

Digital Growth Marketing (SEO / SEM / Ads / Analytics)

  • Develop and execute digital marketing strategies for ESG Consulting and ESG AI Solutions
  • Manage Google Search Ads, LinkedIn Ads, SEO optimization, landing pages, retargeting
  • Lead keyword planning, A/B testing of creatives, budget allocation, and ROI optimization
  • Build and maintain the annual digital marketing budget for Asia regions
  • Monitor GA4, digital funnel metrics, and conversion performance; deliver monthly insights & recommendations

《Qualifications》

Must-Have

  • 3–7 years of experience in B2B marketing, growth marketing, or consulting marketing
  • Proven experience managing regional marketing campaigns (ideally TW/JP/China/SEA)
  • Hands-on with Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, SEO/SEM, GA4
  • Strong content creation and product storytelling skills (English + Chinese)
  • Excellent project management, cross-functional collaboration, and communication capabilities

Nice to Have

  • Background in ESG, sustainability, carbon management, or energy management
  • Experience in SaaS / AI / B2B Tech product marketing
  • Experience running marketing programs in Japan or Southeast Asia
  • Japanese language proficiency
