Essential criteria

  1. Postgraduate qualification (master's level) or undergraduate qualification (bachelor's level) with data analysis experience in a relevant field of study (e.g. medical education, cognitive neuroscience, psychology, sociology, educational psychology or other research-based social science)
  2. Able to speak Chinese (Fluent in Mandarin)
  3. Able to plan own day-to-day research activity and workload within the framework of the agreed program and to balance the pressures of research, administrative demands and competing deadlines
  4. Good collaborative skills
  5. Able to work in an intercultural team setting

Desirable criteria

  1. Knowledge of qualitative or quantitative research methods
  2. Experience in research grant/proposal applications
  3. Proficiency and experience with qualitative analysis software (such as )
  4. Proficiency and experience with quantitative analysis software (such as SPSS, R)
  5. Experience in publishing research findings in domestic and international journals
  6. Experience presenting research and reports to key stakeholders
  7. Excellent interpersonal skills for scheduling and coordinating with project participants for project related events
  8. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Chinese
  9. Ability to engage in self-directed learning on new project related topics
  10. Experience in a clinical working environment (e.g., clinical practice as a physician, nurse, or other healthcare professional)

Remuneration and package

Salary Range:  NTD 36,300 per month (Bachelor level) / NTD 41,500 per month (master level)

Employment Type:  Contract (until July 31, 2026)

Supervisor:  Dr. Yu-Che Chang
