
Senior Technical Program Manager

We are seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager to lead critical hardware development initiatives from our Taiwan office. This role combines technical program management with hands-on project execution, serving as the primary liaison between our US product teams and Taiwan-based development efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive end-to-end execution of complex hardware projects from concept through production
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including engineering, manufacturing, quality, and supply chain
- Serve as on-site technical liaison for US-based product management teams
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables for multiple concurrent hardware initiatives
- Interface directly with manufacturing partners and vendors in the APAC region
- Facilitate communication between Taiwan operations and US product teams across time zones
- Act as a technical lead when necessary
- Other duties as assigned
Required Qualifications:
- 5 years of technical program management experience in hardware development
- Strong background in camera systems, access control hardware, or related IoT devices
- Familiarity with regulatory compliance for hardware products (FCC, CE, etc.)
- Experience managing manufacturing partnerships and supply chain relationships
- Proven track record of delivering complex technical projects on time and within budget
- Excellent English and Mandarin communication skills
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with PoE devices, cellular connectivity, video surveillance, or access control systems
- Background working with US-based product teams in a global organization
- Advanced technical degree
