As a
Clinical Education Specialist
at B. Braun you plays a vital role in leveraging clinical expertise to educate and train healthcare professionals on using the company's products effectively and safely in a clinical setting.

Your key responsibilities:

• Clinical Knowledge and Expertise - Possesses strong medical expertise and stays current with clinical research to provide evidence-based education, resources, and consultation on Regional Anesthesia procedures.
• Clinical Application Training and Education - Designs and delivers tailored clinical education programs, workshops, and resources to healthcare professionals and internal teams, ensuring effective product use and improved patient outcomes.
• Sales Support - Supports sales efforts by providing technical expertise, product demonstrations, and strategic insights to address customer needs and enhance patient care delivery
• Market Awareness - Stays informed on industry trends, competitor strategies, and evolving hospital practices to ensure effective product positioning. Collaborates with sales and customers to identify new opportunities and future product pipeline needs while gathering feedback for continuous improvement.
• Customer Support - Provides responsive customer support by addressing inquiries, troubleshooting technical issues, and offering professional feedback on diagnostic and therapy outcomes. Builds strong relationships with healthcare professionals and Key Opinion Leaders while gathering product performance insights to drive continuous improvement.

What you will bring to the team:

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Medical Science, or related field; Anesthesia nursing experience is a plus.
• Minimum 6 years of experience as a Clinical Application Specialist in the healthcare industry.
• Proven ability to develop, implement, and monitor Regional Anesthesia initiatives within hospital settings.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills to train healthcare professionals and build trust.
• Strong clinical knowledge, problem-solving skills, and understanding of medical devices and technologies.
• Ability to work independently in a matrix organization and travel across regions to meet healthcare professionals.
