Job Description
Your responsibilities:

  • Customer contact window to keep equipment performance of the advanced nano-lithography machine within the required specifications.
  • Regular monitoring, analyzing and troubleshooting of machine performance.
  • Providing first line application support by controlling the multi-beam mask writer.
  • Documentation and reporting to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Co-work for constant improvement projects and rollout of new features.
  • Lead technical escalation and be communication interface to support lines in Taiwan and HQ in Austria.

Qualifications
We are looking for a passionate and talented professional to join our team. You're a great fit if you have:

  • A Master's degree (MSc) in Physics, Chemistry, or Engineering.
  • 5+ years of experience in the semiconductor industry, ideally in a customer-facing role.
  • Excellent English communication skills (TOEIC 800+), with the ability to work effectively in a global, multicultural team.
  • A strong team spirit and exceptional interpersonal skills, with a continuous drive for improvement.
  • A customer-oriented mindset, technical curiosity, and a strong interest in personal growth.
  • The ability to analyze and clearly explain complex technical content using your strong analytical and technical knowledge.
  • A proven track record of completing tasks independently while thriving in collaborative team environments.
  • Strong organizational skills, assertiveness, and the resilience to handle challenges effectively.
  • The ability to stay calm and make sound decisions under pressure.
  • Experience working with Python, Office tools, and Linux systems.
