Main Responsibilities
Logistics Operation (80%)

  • Manage import shipments, including monitoring shipment status, reviewing product HS codes, and verifying the accuracy of clearance data. Ensuring compliance with regulations for regular imports, repair imports, CITES shipments, and CARNET shipments.
  • Coordinate export CARNET shipments, working with various Maisons to prepare export shipping documents.
  • Manage the extension of due dates for repair items, ensuring timely processing and minimizing delays.
  • Review the billing from service providers.

SOP SAP Management (10%)

  • Maintain the data of shipment information, customs declarations, CARNET, duty and tax accurately in the file/system.
  • Manage and support for making training materials (videos, slides).

Reporting (10%)

  • Conduct weekly and monthly reports on key performance indicators, including lead time performance, CO2 emissions, and shipment tracking performance.
  • Provide support for ad-hoc projects and tasks as assigned by manager.

REQUIREMENT

  • 3 years' experience in logistics, preferably in international trading/fashion/luxury related industries
  • Knowledge of international logistics (cargo and courier) and customs clearance
  • Good in English
  • Analytical and logical thinking, capability for data and root cause analysis skill
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and good team player with high self-management ability
