Resposibilities

  • Resource Planning: Plan and coordinate resources across teams to optimize allocation and meet project needs.
  • Project Health Monitoring: Review and evaluate project health, reporting regularly to stakeholders.
  • Risk Management: Identify risks and challenges in projects/programs and provide mitigation strategies or recommendations for scope changes.
  • Collaborate with Engineering Teams: Build strong partnerships with engineers through clear communication and active engagement, driving seamless teamwork and alignment across all phases of the project.
  • Grasp Technical Concepts: Possess deep knowledge of technical principles and system architectures to facilitate effective discussions, resolve challenges, and ensure informed decision-making.
  • Create Clear Documentation: Develop and maintain well-structured technical documents and specifications to ensure transparency and support smooth project execution.
  • Drive Cross-Team Collaboration: Actively engage with diverse teams, fostering strong communication channels and building effective partnerships to achieve project goals.
  • Simplify Complex Concepts: Translate intricate technical ideas into clear, actionable insights for stakeholders and team members, enabling informed decision-making.
  • Ensure Operational Efficiency: Organize tasks with precision, manage timelines effectively, and balance multiple priorities without compromising quality.
  • Adapt and Respond Quickly: Navigate shifting priorities with flexibility, working independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment.
  • Other Duties: Handle additional tasks assigned by the clients.
