We're looking for a Marketing Director who blends strategic thinking with creative excellence. Someone who can build scalable global systems, manage hybrid teams, and accelerate Intenza's growth in its priority markets.

About the Role

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Marketing Director, based in Taoyuan City with the flexibility for some work-from-home arrangements. You will be the architect of Intenza's global marketing ecosystem — driving brand strategy, demand generation, product storytelling, and partner enablement across regions. This role sits at the intersection of brand, digital, product, and sales, ensuring that every market (HQ, U.S., EMEA, APAC) operates in alignment with Intenza's global direction. You will lead a hybrid team, strengthen our marketing infrastructure, and enable subsidiaries and distributors with the clarity, tools, and systems they need to execute at a premium standard.

Responsibilities

1. Global Brand & Campaign Strategy

  • Lead global brand strategy and ensure consistent design-led positioning across markets.
  • Own global annual marketing planning and campaign architecture aligned to revenue and product priorities.
  • Maintain brand governance to ensure aesthetic and narrative consistency across all subsidiaries and partners.
  • Define global messaging frameworks and value propositions for each product line and customer segment.

2. Trade Shows & Event Management

  • Lead strategy, creative direction and execution for global event strategy spanning FIBO, IDEA, and regional roadshows.
  • Develop event playbooks, booth experience guides, and ROI frameworks to standardize quality and improve outcomes.
  • Ensure subsidiaries and distirbutors deliver brand consistent, premium-standard experiences.

3. Digital Growth & Marketing Operations

  • Own 
    Intenza's 
    global marketing techstack (website, CRM, marketing automation, analytics).
  • Oversee website UX
    , content, product data governance, and conversion optimization.
  • Direct and execute global social media and content cadence, ensuring consistent communication across key channels.
  • Lead CRM adoption and data governance across all subsidiaries to support reporting and sales alignment.
  • Implement lead nurturing journeys and automated workflows to improve pipeline creation.
  • Build dashboards, pipeline insights, and reporting packs for executive review.

4. Global, Partner, Distributor & Sales Enablement

  • Develop scalable toolkits for subsidiaries and partners: pitch decks, product launch kits, pricing frameworks, and event kits.
  • Review and support regional marketing plans to ensure alignment with global brand and product strategy.
  • Lead monthly global marketing updates and coordinate rollouts of new campaigns, materials, and portal updates.
  • Work closely with product, service, and R&D teams to translate engineering innovation into compelling commercial stories.

5. Leadership, Struture & System

  • Lead a hybrid global marketing team (in-house + outsourced) across creative, operations, and digital.
  • Build systems, SOPs, and workflows to support process efficiency, predictable output, and alignment with Intenza's core values.
  • Define long-term organizational structure and talent development roadmap for a scalable global marketing function.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, creativity, and cross-cultural collaboration.

Requirements

  • 5–8 years of experience in brand, markeing or commercial strategy roles within within
    fitness, design, luxury, or lifestyle brands or related industries
    .
  • Demonstrated success leading global or regional marketing in cross-cultural environments.
  • Strong commercial acumen — understands pipeline, revenue models, and profitability levers.
  • Proven ability to balance creativity with operational disipline. From storytelling to system building.
  • Excellent cross-cultureal commication : English fluencency required, Manadarin perffered.
  • Strong portfolio of integrated campaigns, product launches, and experiential/event marketing.
  • Experience working in fast-moving environments with multiple markets and stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to lead creative direction while building scalable marketing systems.
  • Willingness to travel globally to subsidiaries, distributors, events, and key market partners.

  • Strong skills in Market Planning, Marketing Management, and developing strategic initiatives
  • Proficiency in conducting Market Research and analyzing industry and consumer trends
  • Experience in Marketing and Sales collaboration to drive business growth
  • Leadership abilities with a proven track record in managing marketing teams
  • Exceptional communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Understanding of the fitness industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; advanced degrees are advantageous
