Strategic Agency Manager, Customer Solutions

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 4 years of experience in business, media sales, account management, marketing or consulting within a customer facing environment (e.g., on-boarding customers, building and maintaining a business pipelines) in Taiwan market.
- Ability to communicate in Mandarin and English fluently to support client relationship management in the region.
- Experience improving business relationships and developing new business opportunities along with ability to exceed business goals.
- Experience in advertising sales, digital marketing, consulting, brand marketing, or in a media agency environment.
- Experience in export, including B2B and B2C export industry experiences.
- Experience building and maintaining relationships with performance agencies or traditional media agencies.
- Ability to think about issues, and develop recommendations and action plans.
- Ability to lead and manage multiple projects with internal and external stakeholders.
The Google Agency team is responsible for managing business growth through the media agency partners. As a Strategic Agency Manager, you will focus on growing relationships with managed traditional media and digital agencies and drive growth through agency-managed accounts with large brand and performance opportunities. You will provide customer service to our agency partners. You will develop and implement Google solutions with the Account team to drive business growth for customers.Google Customer Solutions (GCS) sales teams are trusted advisors and competitive sellers who maintain a relentless focus on customer success by bringing the best Google has to offer to small- and medium-sized businesses (SMBs), which are the backbone of our communities. Responsibilities:
- Collaborate and consult with agencies with the goal of extending relationships, increasing the customer and agency base and improving their advertising investment. Partner with agencies to drive B2B/Business-to-Consumer (B2C) clients going export.
- Deliver against goals on new and existing business, while prioritizing and delivering an excellent business experience to Google's managed agency partners.
- Build engaging, data-driven agency plans leveraging market insights and research. Synchronize agency plans with the agency pod and internal cross-functional teams to further develop our agencies.
- Be an ongoing partner for executive level, including Media Planners and Buyers on initiatives and agency-level planning.
- Analyze data trends and customer performance, develop business plans, and prepare and conduct business presentations.
