工作說明

  • 團隊核心產品的創造者:負責智慧醫療解決方案(舉凡Patient Portal App、Remote Health Management、Medical Voice、CRM…)的產品藍圖與策略方向,靈活整合跨部門資源,實現營運目標。
  • 使用者與市場研究:深入醫師、護理人員與患者的需求,將「臨床場域痛點」轉換為「產品需求」,並發展差異化產品特色,優化患者體驗與醫療流程。
  • 產品全生命周期管理:自開發階段即成為超級使用者,確保功能設計符合醫院與患者需求。追蹤用戶回饋,持續改善產品,提升臨床應用價值與客戶滿意度。
  • 商業模式規劃:依醫療產品特性與市場競爭力,設計具落地性的商業/獲利模式,支持醫院與合作夥伴的長期發展。
  • 客戶合作與支持:參與醫院標案與需求訪談,建立長期客戶關係,並依據產品特性與專案屬性,規劃最佳導入方案與售後服務。
  • 支援業務與行銷團隊:製作 Sales Kit、產品簡報與標案提案文件,將產品需求轉化為市場可理解的價值主張。

需求條件

「我們正在尋找 對醫療數位化與病人體驗改善有熱情的人才,此非一般科技 PM 的工作,具醫療資訊背景為必要條件。」

  • 工作經歷:3 年以上產品經理/專案經理經驗,其中至少1年需於醫療資訊、數位健康或 AI 相關領域。
  • 學歷要求:碩士以上(資訊管理、醫務管理、公共衛生、資訊工程等相關科系尤佳)
  • 專業背景:
  • 熟悉醫療資訊安全與法規(HIPAA、GDPR、ISO27001)
  • 熟悉醫療資訊系統(EHR/EMR、FHIR/HL7 串接經驗佳)
  • 具遠距健康管理、AI Voice、Patient Portal App或IoT 醫療裝置 專案經驗
  • 能獨立撰寫 PRD,並具備 Agile / Scrum / PMP 專案管理經驗。
  • 具醫院 IT 專案或醫療新創背景。
  • 持有 PMP 或 Scrum Master 證照。
  • 有標案、醫院合作或顧問專案經驗。
  • 人格特質
  • 主動積極、追根究柢、虛心學習,具結構化思維與系統性規劃能力
  • 善於跨部門溝通協調力,能在醫師 ⇄ 工程師 ⇄ 客戶間作為橋樑
  • 抗壓性高,能獨立完成專案推進並應對醫療場域的嚴謹與與問題解決。
  • 對醫療數位化、智慧化與自動化懷有熱情與使命感
