[General Responsibilities]

1.Lead the accounting team and manage the general accounting functions, including, but not limited to A/P, A/R, G/L and costing.

2.Ensure correct and timely account closing and financial reporting.

3.Prepare, review, and analyze financial statements to ensure accuracy, completeness and relevance to business results.

4.Develop staff by managing performance, setting goals, providing ongoing training, and maintaining strong employee relationships.

5.Lead ad-hoc projects or initiatives for simplifying finance relevant business processes.

6.Monitor the accuracy of accounting data and ensure its timely provision

7.Ensure the compliance of all accounting treatments

8.Key stakeholder of the company risk managemen

[Job Requirements]

  1. 7+ years of accounting experience, with at least 3 years being in a supervisory role. Experience with self-owned brands, multinational e-commerce, or manufacturing companies is preferred.

  2. Solid experience in financial accounting and working knowledge in the practice of global taxation regulations, international trade, manufacturing costing, company budgeting and internal control.

  3. Able to identify or initiate process changes or organizational changes when necessary.

  4. Ability to manage the relations with external auditors, tax officers and advisory firms.

5.Business proficiency in both oral and written English.

  1. Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance. CPA or MBA preferred.
