Role Description

As an Industrial Designer at Johnson Health Tech, you'll play a key role in shaping the next generation of fitness products that inspire movement and performance. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to transform ideas into real-world designs that balance aesthetics, functionality, and manufacturability.

Key Responsibilities


• Design a wide range of globally marketed fitness products, from high-volume production lines to innovative concept models.


• Collaborate closely with Product Management, R&D, and Marketing teams to address manufacturability, user experience, and market positioning.


• Lead design projects from start to finish—including research, CAD development, prototyping, presentation, and production follow-up.


• Conduct product testing and propose design improvements that enhance usability, ergonomics, and brand consistency.


• Facilitate cross-national meetings and coordinate with overseas subsidiaries and suppliers to align design execution with development goals.

Qualifications


• Bachelor's degree or above in Industrial Design or a related field.


• Proficient in English (intermediate level in listening, speaking, reading, and writing).


• Skilled in PowerPoint, KeyShot, and SolidWorks.


• Minimum of 1 year of industrial design experience, preferably with exposure to both mass-production and conceptual design projects.


• Proficiency in 3D modeling (SolidWorks preferred) and rendering (KeyShot), with the ability to produce professional visual presentations.


• A strong portfolio that demonstrates a refined aesthetic sense and practical design capability.


• Confident communicator in English, both written and spoken.


• Passion for fitness, sports, or an active lifestyle is a plus.**
