  • Purpose:

To cooperate with Global Business Service (GBS) bonus team for Amway Business Owner (ABO 直銷商) bonus withholding, local payment review and take focal contact role between front end in the market and backend (GBS) in OTC process

  • Primary Responsibilities:
  • Ensure ABO bonus payment withholding tax amount is correct and reconciled for all types of tax registers
  • Reconcile credit notes before sending them out to ABO and follow up overdue credit notes
  • Monthly tax reconciliation and tax declaration for residents and non-residents
  • ABO reimbursement documents checking
  • Yearly ABO income and withholding tax declaration and announcement preparation
  • Be the focal point with GBS, Account Management (AM) and Customer Service for ABO bonus/ payment related issues or escalation
  • Non-Cash-Award expenses checking, reconciliation and ABO income allocation
  • Work with external tax agent for foreign countries tax refund
  • ABO 2nd NHI review, withhold and declaration
  • Department Personal Data Protection Lead
  • Monitoring vendor performance for credit note mailing/scanning and payment application
  • Ad-hoc assignment
