  • Provide strategic leadership in toxicology to support global product development, regulatory submissions, and product stewardship.
  • Lead and implement predictive/in silico toxicology capabilities to support business objectives.
  • Act as the subject matter expert for all toxicology-related matters, offering guidance on research, testing, and risk assessment strategies.
  • Monitor (eco)toxicology studies and manage interactions with external laboratories and service providers.
  • Represent the company in scientific forums, professional associations, and regulatory discussions requiring toxicological input.
  • Communicate complex toxicological data and findings clearly to both technical and non-scientific audiences.
  • Review and interpret toxicology studies and literature for use in product registration dossiers, white papers, and advocacy materials.
  • Collaborate with internal cross-functional teams and regulatory bodies to align toxicology strategies with business needs.
The Successful Applicant
  • PhD in toxicology, ecotoxicology, or a related discipline with 5+ years of industry experience, or MSc with 10+ years equivalent experience.
  • Proven expertise in predictive/in silico toxicology, including program development and implementation.
  • Strong knowledge of regulatory toxicology and study design for global product submissions.
  • Skilled at translating toxicological science into actionable business strategies.
  • Experience engaging with global and regional regulatory authorities.
  • Demonstrated ability to act as a study monitor, manage CROs, and interpret toxicological data.
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to convey scientific insights across disciplines.
  • Highly organized with a track record of managing multiple, concurrent projects effectively.
  • Proactive, collaborative mindset with strong networking and team-building capabilities.
  • Willingness to travel up to 15% to support global business functions.
  • Preferred: Certification by the American Board of Toxicology (DABT).
