岗位职责

  1. 负责制定并执行与战略大客户的长期合作规划,建立并维护与客户相关团队的良好关系;

  3. 深入了解客户需求,精准挖掘潜在合作机会,主导产品在客户内部的导入,推进合作方案设计、产品适配等;

  4. 制定并执行客户拓展策略和计划,达成大客户销售目标;

  5. 协调公司内部资源(产品、技术、市场、服务等部门),推进合作进展,确保高质量交付;

任职要求

  1. 本科及以上学历

  2. 有工控,工业传感,影像视觉等行业领域经验,有目标客户合作经验

  3. 5-10年以上大客户销售经验,具备优秀的大客户开发和经营能力,有成功导入产品至大型企业各产品线的经验

  4. 具有良好的市场判断能力和战略思维
