We are building an AI-powered simulation platform for modeling and creating precise, scalable simulations of human behaviors and complex systems. Leveraging multi-agent systems, generative AI, reinforcement learning, and algorithms, we empower our users to rapidly test scenarios, inform strategic decisions, and reduce risks significantly compared to traditional methods like surveying or polling.

Position Overview
We're looking for a highly skilled, motivated, and entrepreneurial Simulation Engineer to join our dynamic, fast-moving startup team. This role requires someone comfortable navigating uncertainty, rapidly experimenting, and delivering tangible results using state-of-the-art AI methodologies, including multi-agent systems, reinforcement learning (RL), generative AI (LLMs), and algorithms.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and refine cutting-edge multi-agent simulations to model complex behaviors and systems.
• Develop reinforcement learning algorithms and generative AI models for realistic simulation scenarios.
• Employ Monte Carlo techniques for scenario testing, predictive analytics, and risk assessment.
• Collaborate closely with product, engineering, and business teams to integrate simulations into scalable, real-time platforms.
• Quickly prototype, test, and iterate on simulation solutions in response to customer feedback.
• Provide actionable analytics and insights derived from simulation outputs.
• Keep abreast of cutting-edge AI research, continuously incorporating innovations into our solutions.

Qualifications

• Master's or PhD in Computer Science, AI, or a related technical field.
• Strong expertise in multi-agent systems, reinforcement learning, generative AI, or Monte Carlo methods.
• Proficient in Python and AI frameworks such as PyTorch or TensorFlow.
• Experience deploying AI models into production environments, preferably on cloud platforms (AWS).
• Exceptional problem-solving skills, strong intellectual curiosity, and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly.
• Comfortable in an early-stage startup environment characterized by rapid iteration and ambiguity.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience in high-impact sectors such as finance, consumer research, healthcare, public policy, or gaming.
