Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Taipei City for a Unit Manager. The Unit Manager will oversee daily operations, ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards, and manage a team of professionals. Responsibilities include coordinating audits, preparing reports, developing and implementing strategies to improve service quality, and liaising with clients and regulatory bodies.

  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Experience in audit processes and certification management
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Proficiency in standard office software and audit tools
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Quality Management, or a related field
  • Experience in the certification industry is a plus
